Chapter 43 - Alarms - This section of code relates to false alarms, fire or police and associated fines and penalties.
Chapter 64 - §64-10 (E) - This section refers to Knox Box® or authorized key box installation at restricted, secured openings for commercial business or nonresidential areas at multifamily complex housing.
§64-11 - Notification regarding fire or explosion - Fire Department Chiefs are to notify the Director of Codes Enforcement of any fire or explosion involving structural damage.
§64-14 - This section deals with Fire safety and property maintenance inspection to be done by the Director of Codes Enforcement or Official designated by the Director of Codes Enforcement.
Chapter 68 - Burning Permits and Outdoor Fireplaces - This section deals with all regulations regarding burning.
Chapter 91 - §91-3 Objectives - Subsection C - Minimize the need for rescue and relief efforts associated with flooding.
Chapter 138 - §138-17 Additional Requirements - This section states that fire alarm devices, among other things, shall be installed in accordance with Town standards and specifications.
§138-25 E - Continuation of streets into adjacent property. This states that streets shall be continued in a manner that provides the ability for adequate fire protection and movement of traffic.
§138-25 H. (1) - Improvements - fire hydrants are required unless waived by the Planning Board.
§138-36 Construction Plans - Subsection E - Locations of water lines, fire hydrants, and all utilities to be installed shall be located on the construction plans.
Chapter 154 - §154-27 (12) (b) - Separation distance between structures, 15 feet required.
